For over a decade, Mary was the backbone of Swaim Strategies’ system development and process creation, building the infrastructure that turned organizational chaos into streamlined success. She became legendary among clients for her ability to take their messiest data situations and transform them into elegant, actionable insights. She always remembers that proper data implementation isn’t just about efficiency, it’s about honoring the relationships with the real people those numbers represent.

But Mary’s passion extends beyond the data. Her passion for supporting a team has led her to be the co-owner and CEO of The Fundraising Event Co., Swaim Strategies’ production subsidiary. There she leads a team of hands-on planning and production experts who turn strategic vision into flawless reality.

Whether she’s diving deep into event databases or orchestrating complex event logistics, Mary brings the same philosophy to everything: data tells a story. When that story is properly honored and skillfully executed, it doesn’t just inform better decision-making—it creates the conditions for more meaningful connections and more successful events. She remains the support system Swaim clients rely on, now with an entire production team ready to bring their missions to life.
