The annual Elevate conference will be held March 3 + 4, 2026 at AVENUE in Portland and virtually.
The conference team is now seeking proposals for sessions specifically about event case studies. Do you have an event that worked really well for your audience? We want to know about it so you can share tools and tips you have with other Elevate attendees.
Now accepting proposals through August 21, 2025.
Format types:
– 10-minute case study
– 30-minute “how-to” training providing applicable tools
– 45-minute educational presentation
– 45-minute panel
– Other ideal format that you identify
Presentation types:
– In-person live
– Virtually live
– Pre-recorded
Fill out the form below to send us your session ideas (1 submission per session). The Elevate conference team will review all submissions. Proposals will be evaluated on the quality of each presentation and how well they align with the conference themes. Deadline for proposals is August 21, 2025. The team will send out acceptances or denials by September 6, 2025.
